tumblr’s got you down on this whole no images in your asks thing, right?
here’s a quick fix i’ve been using for several updates.

normally you’d answer an ask like this, right? but you want to put a reaction in there, stating your shock and horror that london bridge is falling down. 

instead of going through the hassle of opening a new page and copying and pasting html from a text post, just look for the dog-ear!

what’s a dog-ear?

it’s a term used when you fold down the corner of your book to save your place. on tumblr, it’s a pretty cool thing that takes you to that post on your blog. it works in asks too !

see? this lovely little bent corner of your ask will take you

directly to your blog! from there, you can edit it just like a regular post

if you click your little edit icon, it takes you

to your edit page on your dash! from there, you can tag, add images, stylize, and all that fun stuff just like a regular post.

it works with or without x-kit, and i believe on every browser.
