[ a quick reminder that you are all very, very talented and loved.  i know it’s so easy to fall into the trap of thinking no-one would give a damn if you blipped off the map, but the truth is that someone always will.  whether it’s a close friend or even someone you haven’t had a chance to talk with yet, people see you and they follow you for a reason.  don’t destroy yourself needessly.  turn off anon and distract yourself with an episode of your favourite show if you have to.  please treat and love yourself with the respect and kindness that you deserve      and if you can, find the time to do the same for the people around you.  they hurt just as much as you do, and deserve the same adoration. ]
